If you become a resident of any Excluded Jurisdiction or become aware of any user from an Excluded Jurisdiction, please notify us immediately.
You understand and acknowledge that if it is determined that you have falsely represented your residency or place of residence, the Company reserves the right to take any appropriate measures in accordance with these restrictions or the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, including immediately terminating any account and unwinding any open positions.
We also do not provide services to individuals or entities listed on the U.S. Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, or the UK Sanctions List, nor do we facilitate services involving or benefiting prohibited parties.
You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to take any appropriate measures under the aforementioned restrictions or applicable jurisdictional laws, including the immediate termination of any account and closure of all open positions.
