If you deposit digital assets to ALL IN from another platform or wallet and your deposit has not arrived, it could be due to the following reasons:
Situation 1: Blockchain Confirmation Delay
If your deposit information is correct but the assets have not arrived, you can check the deposit record on the blockchain. However, due to the confirmation process, there might be a delay in the blockchain synchronization with the platform wallet. Please be patient. You may contact customer service for assistance, as ALL IN platform customer service may not be able to help directly.
Situation 2: Incorrect Asset Type
Before depositing, please ensure that the asset type you are depositing matches the asset type on the platform. If the asset names do not match, the deposit will not arrive. Please submit a 【Problem Feedback】, and the staff will assist you with a refund.
Situation 3: Incorrect Address or Network
Please carefully check the deposit address and network before making a deposit. Do not deposit ETH to a BTC address, or deposit assets from the ERC20 network to another chain or network. This will cause the assets to not arrive. In such cases, please promptly submit 【Problem Feedback】, and the staff will assist you. Situation 4: Incorrect Tag
For some assets, a tag (Memo/Tag) is required for deposits. You need to correctly enter this tag on the other platform. If the tag is incorrect, the deposit will not arrive. You can submit a problem report detailing your situation, including the asset type, amount, correct tag, incorrect tag, and transaction hash. An engineer will follow up to resolve the issue.
Situation 5: Smart Contract Deposits Not Supported
Each asset has a specific deposit address provided by the platform. Please use this system-generated address for deposits. Do not use a smart contract address for deposits, as it will not be credited.
Situation 6: Blockchain Rewards Deposits Not Supported
For example, mining rewards can only be deposited to a wallet address. The assets must first arrive in your wallet before they can be deposited to your ALL IN account for trading. ALL IN does not support blockchain rewards deposits.
Situation 7: Bulk Deposits Not Supported
Please do not use bulk deposit methods for multiple deposits. If you have done so, the deposits may not be credited, and engineering assistance will be required. Please submit 【Problem Feedback】, select "Deposit Not Arrived," and describe your issue in detail. An engineer will assist you.
Situation 8: Minimum Deposit Amount Not Met
The deposit page clearly states the minimum deposit amount. If the amount you deposit is below the minimum, it will not be credited.
